Hi, I’m Freek Boes, an Applied Computer Science student with three years of software development experience. I chose this field because it seemed incredibly exciting and gave me the opportunity to build things from scratch. I’m eager to deepen my understanding of web design and broaden my skills in mobile app development to craft engaging, user-centric digital experiences.

We used a lot of HTML5 during our lessons at school. Because this is the foundation of every website
During the Java lessons we learned how to program with Object Oriented elements!
Combined with Laravel we created a responsive website that is easy to use and has a clean design!
With Python we learned about the basics of the language.
During our .NET lessons we learned about making an API with C# and react!
During Web development we used the PHP laravel framework to make a webshop and learned a lot during these lessons about Laravel
In a lot of projects we used MySQL to store data. During these projects and lessons we learned how to use MySQL and how to make queries
In the web project we've used a lot of Javascript to make the website interactive and enjoyable. Also in this project we've used javascript!
During our study at school we created several virtual machines with Virtualbox. Including deploying different programs on it, in Windows or on Linux (Ubuntu)!
I want to be better at making UI & UX designs. I’m still new to all of this so and I’m willing to improve.
I want to improve my skills as a web developer and make better designs with various frameworks!
As an IT student in application development I want to realize making a full and worthy app for the market!
I want to learn more about Git & GitHub because there’s still so much to learn about it.
I’m totally new to app development, I’ve been learning all those languages but I’m ready to apply those to make apps.
We learned about making stock photos for our website, this makes me think outside the box and still want to improve it!
